Service Description

Join our weekly in-person Pregnancy Yoga classes. These are gentle, empowering sessions designed for your changing body and growing baby. You'll build strength, ease aches and learn labour techniques to prepare you for birth. We finish each class with deep relaxation to nourish you and your baby.

Cancellation Policy

By booking a class, you confirm you are at least 14 weeks pregnant or 6 weeks postpartum, have GP or midwife clearance to exercise, and are free from any known risk factors. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. When booking, your email will be used for class confirmations and to share occasional yoga tips, wellbeing updates, and free resources. You can unsubscribe anytime. All class bookings are non-refundable, though they may be transferred to another date at the instructor’s discretion.
6-week block bookings apply to consecutive classes and include access to the online studio for the same 6-week period (pre- or postnatal, depending on your booking).
