Service Description

Our weekly in-person Postnatal Yoga classes gently support your body and mind after birth, with a focus on core and pelvic floor recovery, emotional wellbeing, and deep relaxation. Each each class is designed to support your healing, whether you're rebuilding strength, restoring your core, or simply catching your breath.

Cancellation Policy

By booking a class, you confirm you are at least 14 weeks pregnant or 6 weeks postpartum, have GP or midwife clearance to exercise, and are free from any known risk factors. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. When booking, your email will be used for class confirmations and to share occasional yoga tips, wellbeing updates, and free resources. You can unsubscribe anytime. All class bookings are non-refundable, though they may be transferred to another date at the instructor’s discretion.
6-week block bookings apply to consecutive classes and include access to the online studio for the same 6-week period (pre- or postnatal, depending on your booking).
