​Sarah is a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice and specialist training in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. Since completing her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, she has gone on to earn additional 85HR Pregnancy Yoga and 38HR Advanced Postnatal Yoga certifications, ensuring safe, expert-led support for women through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.

Sarah first discovered yoga while living in Australia, drawn to its positive impact on both mental health and physical wellbeing. She practiced regularly in studios and on the beaches of Sydney, where her passion for yoga deepened. That passion led her to explore yoga retreats around the world, each one further inspiring her to share the benefits of yoga through teaching.
​After becoming pregnant with her first child, Sarah realised that traditional yoga - and the wider healthcare system - often overlooks the specific needs of women during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Support for new mums, especially after birth, can be hard to find. That’s why she founded Yoga Loving Mama, a nurturing space offering prenatal yoga, birth preparation, and postnatal yoga for recovery. Based in Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh, Hampshire, Sarah combines mindful movement, breathing, and education to support women through every stage of motherhood.
